The Friday night serving staff was really excellent. I didn't catch her name, but she had a blond ponytail and a Russian/Ukrainian accent. I couldn't believe that when I came down for Saturday morning breakfast, she was working again already!

No tea/coffee in room but kindly provided when requested. They provide this in the morning in the lobby. Beautiful selection of teas. Staff very courteous and helpful. Lovely decor and ambience of hotel.

The rooms were spacious and nice, staff was friendly and helpful. Free coffee in the morning was a nice perk. They left me keep my luggage there before my flight which was nice and everyone there was super friendly

The bed was perfect! Super soft sheets, non-spring mattress. I slept so well. The decor and room arrangement was very appealing!

A really nice ambience from the moment you set foot through the front door. Friendly staff with a great bar. The room was very nice, too, with everything I needed once I stepped through the door. Great breakfast, too!

I like the location and the lobby bar I did not like that you have to pay for Wi-Fi that’s absolutely ridiculous I’ve never even heard of that in a hotel you’re paying so much money to stay there and they don’t even have Wi-Fi at will never see them again for that reason

The staff was excellent—friendly and helpful. The location is ideal, walkable to a lot of great sites in the city. The bar in the lobby is a lot of fun for having a drink or just hanging out. I loved the room.
